Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and VIBE DEV SPACE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming (“we”). They apply when you buy or run It's a Plan Pro, when you publish a template to the template gallery, and when you use this website at itsaplan.dev. By buying Pro or publishing a template you accept them. If you buy for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept them on its behalf.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

2. The software

It's a Plan Community is open source. Its copyright holder publishes it under AGPL-3.0. That licence alone governs the source code and any Community instance you run. Running Community creates no agreement with us.

It's a Plan Pro is the commercial edition. It is not published under an open-source licence. We sell it under a licence from the copyright holder, and these terms govern it.

3. Your Pro licence

When you buy a Pro subscription, we give you a licence key. While the subscription is paid, you may install and run Pro on one instance, at the domain the key is bound to, for any number of users in your organisation.

The licence is non-exclusive. You may not transfer it, except to a business that takes over the instance from you.

You may not:

  • share the key, or run Pro on more instances than you paid for;
  • remove, disable or work around the licence check;
  • decompile or reverse engineer Pro, except where the law allows it;
  • resell Pro, or run it as a hosted service for third parties.

4. The licence key

The key binds to the domain you give when you buy, or to the first instance that activates it. To move it to another domain, write to [email protected].

Pro checks the key once a day and sends only the key and the domain. If our licence server is out of reach, Pro keeps working for 30 days. For an instance with no internet access on the yearly plan, we can issue a key for the whole paid year.

5. Fees and payment

The price and the billing period are shown before you pay. Fees are charged in advance.

Pro is sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as the merchant of record. Link takes the payment, collects sales tax or VAT where it applies, sends receipts and invoices, and answers questions about payments. Link’s own terms apply to the payment.

A subscription renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal linked from the email with your key, or in your Link account. Pro then keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds follow the Link refund policy, and we may also refund a payment ourselves. This does not limit any refund the law gives you. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription.

6. When a subscription ends

If a renewal payment is late, Pro keeps working for 7 more days. When the subscription ends, Pro turns off and the instance works as Community. Nothing is deleted, and Pro comes back when you renew.

A full refund or a payment dispute ends the subscription and the key at once. We may revoke a key that is used against these terms. Except in urgent cases, we will warn you first.

7. Your instance and third-party services

You run the instance, so you are responsible for its data, its security, its backups and its updates. We have no access to it. We give support by email at [email protected] and reply within 48 hours. A reply does not always fix the problem within that time.

It's a Plan can send issue content to the AI providers and integrations you configure. You choose them and supply their credentials, and their own terms apply. Agent output is generated automatically and can be wrong: review it before you rely on it.

8. Skill submissions

When you submit a skill to the marketplace, you confirm that you may share the repository. We may accept or refuse a submission, and we may show its name, description and link on this website. To remove a listed skill, write to [email protected].

10. Your company logo

With a yearly Pro subscription, you may ask us to show your company’s logo on the home page of this website and in the README of the It's a Plan repository on GitHub. Write to [email protected] from an address at your company’s domain, and send your licence key, the logo and the address of your website.

By sending the logo, you confirm that you may let us use it. You allow us to show it, with your company’s name and a link to your website, while the yearly subscription is paid. We show a logo only at your request, and we may refuse or remove one. To remove your logo, write to us: we remove it within 7 days. We also remove it when the yearly subscription ends.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

12. No warranty

Pro and this website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that Pro will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Sanctions and export control

You confirm that you are not located in, or acting for, a country or region under comprehensive United States sanctions, and that you are not on a United States list of restricted parties. You may not use Pro in breach of export control or sanctions laws.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. For a paid Pro subscription, the new terms apply from your next billing period. Until then, the terms you accepted stay in force.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

17. General

We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over It's a Plan Pro. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term at once, we keep the right to enforce it later. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Pro.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. Questions about a Pro key go to [email protected].
