Highlights
Help desk with public forms (Pro)
In Project settings → Automation → Forms, you make a public form with its own questions, design, and language. When a person sends the form, the form creates an issue in the project. A script tag shows the form on a trusted site.
Each workspace has its own requests portal. You configure it in Workspace settings → Portal. A sender signs in with a code from their email, sees the status of their requests, and replies. Each reply becomes a comment on the issue.
Import from Trello
Settings → Import/Export → Trello imports a Trello board into a project. Lists become columns. Cards become issues with their labels, dates, members, checklists, comments, and attachments. The steps are in Importing from Trello.
Search in all projects
The command palette finds issues in all the projects that you can read. A switch under the search field limits the search to the current project. MCP clients use the search_issues_all_projects tool.
Edit in the Table and the Timeline
Click a property cell in the Table or the Timeline to change the value. The issue does not open. The Timeline also shows properties as columns, as the Table does.
Mentions in Docs
Type @ on a Docs page or in its comments to mention a member. The member gets an inbox notification. In a comment, you can also mention an agent, and the agent answers in the same thread.
Calendar feed
The Share dialog of a saved view has a calendar feed link. Add it to a calendar app to see the issues of the view on their dates.
Agents read files and use GitHub
Agents read issue attachments: images, PDFs, text files, and spreadsheets. The Read PDF tool reads a PDF from a URL. The GitHub tools let internal agents create, change, and comment on issues and discussions, also on GitHub Enterprise.
Security
This release fixes 1 medium advisory. Update every instance.
- GHSA-cprw-xmr6-2rm7 (medium): the sign-in and invite pages showed the
error_descriptionof a link as the error message. Anyone could send a link to a real instance that showed a text of their choosing in its sign-in form, for example a phone number to call. In Pro, SSO sign-in also stops passing the provider'serror_descriptionto the sign-in page. - Dependencies: body-parser 2.4.0 fixes GHSA-27r3-jxmh-p828, and undici 7.30.1 fixes GHSA-xjj6-f33q-929c. In Pro, zod 4.6.7 fixes GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5.
Also in this release
- God mode → General → Invites → Suggest people when inviting lists the accounts that match a typed name or address in the team invite dialog. It is off by default.
- God mode → General → Embedding → Trusted sites lists the sites that can show the public share links of issues and boards in a frame.
- Account → Invitations lists the pending invites sent to your address. The start screen shows them to an account without projects.
- The
create_checklist_itemsMCP tool adds up to 100 items to a checklist in one call. - In Pro, God mode → Support opens the It's a Plan support form. You follow your request in its portal.
- Each release publishes the Helm chart to
oci://ghcr.io/croffasia/charts/itsaplan, and the chart version is the release version. The details are in Helm. - The Display popover groups its settings in titled blocks and uses switches for on/off options.
- Full WIP columns, blocked cards, and overdue dates have new colors that stand apart in the light and dark themes. An overdue date is a filled red pill.
- A Docs page shows its outline beside the text. A breadcrumb opens the list of the pages under it.
- Live updates keep working for a person who sees more than 20 projects.
- Document edits save when the document ends with a list.
- Deleting an issue deletes the memory threads of the agents that worked on it.
- After a sign-out on a slow connection, the sign-in page keeps the sign-in options of the instance.
- The Helm chart passes
api.env.SKIP_PRE_MIGRATION_BACKUPto the migration step. - Project pages load less code up front. The issue panel, the create dialogs, the AI chat, and the transliteration tables load on first use.
